feast your eyes


On this Brie, Grape & Avocado Sandwich
I'm about to throw down. 

-2 slices of seedy, wholegrain bread
-brie
-a handful of red grapes
-half an avocado
-wholegrain mustard (I used dijon. Did the trick)
-cream cheese
-sea salt

Spread mustard on 1 slice of bread; cream cheese on the other.
Next, start layering on the mustard side. 


First, brie slices, then the grapes (cut in half).
Next, slices of avocado, and then a sprinkle of sea salt.



Grill in a sauté pan in a little olive oil and grill on each side.


Voila! It is delicious, healthy, and really easy to make.


Best part: not too bad of a clean up.

A West Coast Roadtrip Story told in Instagrams
